About Narell

Narell is automotive commerce infrastructure for dealers and dealer groups. Its purpose is to make specific vehicle inventory transactable online, connecting the vehicle to identity, financing, contracts, payments, registration and handover.

The transaction layer for automotive retail

A vehicle can be visible online while the actual purchase still depends on disconnected calls, forms and documents. Narell is being built around the transaction that follows vehicle selection: what was agreed, what has been completed and what must happen next.

Narell is designed to work alongside the dealer’s existing systems. The dealer remains the seller and retains inventory, pricing authority, fulfilment and the customer relationship. Human assistance stays available without becoming a mandatory sales step.

Marceli Borowczak is the founder of Narell. He is building the product and speaking directly with dealers, dealer groups, importers and automotive partners about the requirements of an online vehicle purchase.

Current stage

Narell is at an early, pre-commercial stage. The product is deployed, with a public synthetic storefront and transaction sandbox. It demonstrates implemented workflows, not customer traction or live provider acceptance. The initial transaction implementation is scoped to Poland; future markets require their own legal, provider and operational work.
