A shared purchase journey across a dealer network

Narell’s network proposition is one transaction layer connecting a consistent customer purchase with clear local dealer responsibilities. It is a direction for future brand and importer deployments, not a claim of an existing OEM rollout.

What could be shared across the network?

A brand or importer can define the desired customer journey, information requirements and operational standards. Narell is designed to connect vehicle selection, buyer identity, purchase method, contracts, recorded payments and fulfilment progress within that journey.

Consistency should mean that the customer understands the seller, terms and next action at every stage. It should also mean that exceptions have an owner, rather than disappearing between a central website and a local retailer.

What remains local?

In the dealer-seller model, the participating dealer approves the offer, remains the seller, receives the vehicle payment and fulfils the transaction. Stock availability, pricing authority, legal responsibilities and the customer relationship must be explicit for each participating seller.

Narell does not assume that every dealer uses the same DMS or CRM. The data contract, integration scope and operational responsibilities must be agreed before deployment. A shared customer experience does not by itself create a reliable network-wide stock lock.

What does the current architecture support?

The transaction architecture separates tenant data and authorised access. The currently deployed public product serves an isolated synthetic dealer environment. Central network management, multi-location operating rules and real OEM integrations still require implementation and acceptance against an agreed rollout scope.

Identity, financing and signature requirements may also differ by seller and market. A sandbox demonstration is useful for examining the journey, but cannot establish provider acceptance or permission to sell across countries.

Where should a network discussion start?

Start with one customer journey, named sellers and a bounded vehicle pool. Identify the brand’s standards, each dealer’s responsibilities, the authoritative inventory sources and the operational exceptions. This creates a testable scope before considering wider deployment.

Discuss a future OEM or importer deployment. Read what the dealer retains, how the transaction works and the current integration status.
