From a specific vehicle to handover

Narell is automotive commerce infrastructure for dealers and dealer groups. Its transaction layer connects vehicle inventory, identity, purchase method, financing, contracts, payments, registration and handover.

What does the product contain?

Narell Checkout gives the buyer a purchase journey for a specific vehicle. The Customer Portal provides the next required action, documents and recorded payment progress. Narell Console gives authorised dealer staff inventory controls and the operational view of each transaction.

The product exists and is deployed. The public application is currently a synthetic sandbox, not an open channel for real vehicle sales. Live identity, signing and financing acceptance remain separate requirements.

How does a vehicle purchase work?

  1. Vehicle and offer. The journey starts with one vehicle, a visible seller, a price and the permitted purchase options. Publication and allocation controls keep the offer attached to the transaction.
  2. Buyer and purchase method. Buyer access, identity evidence and the selected funding route are separate decisions. Email login alone is not identity verification.
  3. Financing, where selected. Application information, decisions, offers and required agreements remain tied to the same purchase. Leasing and credit are currently exercised with synthetic providers only.
  4. Contracts. The accepted vehicle, price, parties and document versions are retained. Contract conclusion depends on validated signing evidence, not a button click or an untrusted callback.
  5. Payment. The dealer receives the money. Authorised accounting staff record and reconcile bank entries. A transfer screenshot does not confirm receipt.
  6. Registration and handover. Dealer staff record operational progress. The server checks contract, money, insurance, registration, preparation and blocking cases before release.

What stays with the dealer?

The dealer remains the seller, inventory owner, pricing authority and fulfilment operator. It keeps the customer relationship. Narell is designed to work alongside inventory, DMS, CRM, financing and payment systems; the actual data exchange is scoped for each deployment.

Customers can receive human assistance when they need it. The intended purchase journey does not make a sales conversation a mandatory step. Operational staff still perform the work needed to deliver the vehicle.

Explore the current product

The sandbox uses synthetic inventory and simulated provider outcomes. It creates demonstration records only: no real vehicle transaction or financing application is submitted. Vehicle brands and example dealers shown there are not customer or partnership claims.
